TAP Faculty Projects
Private Fleet Backhaul LLC realized that one way to retain existing customers and attract new ones would be to redesign their website. So PFBH turned to Purdue's Technical Assistance Program, to access the expertise of TAP faculty to change the design, graphics, utility and create a consistent format.
The new website resulted in 30% revenue increase, 19% increase in loads being transported and rise in employment.
